DR. HANS HONEY KHARI, Managing Counsel
Dr. Hans brings a strong and results-oriented background to our practice. Having a strong acumen for commercial litigation and regulatory matters, he has represented clients before fauna of judicial and adjudicatory forums. He is a Business Graduate, and was conferred Gold Medal in his Post-graduation of Law, LL.M. and also holds a Doctorate in law. He has undergone certified advocacy workshop with the George Washington University Law School and is also a member of Young International Arbitration Group, London Court of International Arbitration.
SARASWATA MOHAPATRA, Consulting Associate
Saraswat is an expert in Business and Commercial Laws and is a trained Arbitrator. He is a diligent and hardworking team member with vast knowledge of transaction & financial advisory under corporate litigation. He is an alumnus of the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi and also holds a bachelors in business administration. He represents clients in variety of matters and disputes pertaining to natural resources, energy and regulatory matters before the appellate forums, tribunals and commissions.
Dilip chetan khari, Associate
Dilip is a young legal prodigy with a master's degree. Honing his skills through academic training and practical experience in corporate litigation, arbitration, conflict resolution and drafting. His practice extends to international arbitration, cross border real estate matters, and consumer disputes. He brings a meticulous and solution-oriented approach to every matter, blending legal acumen with innovative problem-solving. He holds a Certificate of Distinction in Contract and Policy Drafting and has served as a member of the Advisory Committee of the OBC Commission under the Government of NCT of Delhi and is currently a member of the Young International Arbitration Group, London Court of International Arbitration.

Dev Nagar, Associate
Dev is a strategic legal professional with specialised interest in white-collar crime, competition and antitrust law, ESG advisory, and climate-related regulatory frameworks. He is an alumnus of the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi, he has gained substantial experience practicing before the constitutional courts, appellate tribunals, and district courts in the NCT of Delhi. He has particular interest in the intersection of public international law and climate change and also leads the Climate Xero, a registered non-profit think tank focused on research at the nexus of climate justice and human rights.
